Fireworks @ Victoria Park
Victoria Park had some fireworks for Guy Fawkes Night. There was a bunch of carnival rides etc too, we went on the one at the end of the video!

China Town, and seemingly the rest of central London, was locked down & dressed up for a huge Chinese New Year Festival!
Thousands of people showed up for food, music, fireworks, dance, and of course my favorite, Kung Fu!
Happy New Year!
I was a bit skeptical about finding a place to see the fireworks. We only started walking towards the embankment after 8pm and there was still loads of room! We did manage to lose each other for a while but then finally found a spot almost directly opposite the giant ferris wheel London Eye. Oddly, there were no shops or stalls around, so no drink or food available! Barely even guys selling flashing lights etc. It wasn’t extremely cold and the rain mostly held off, I really thought there would be more people. They did close off the area about 10pm though which was fine for as as it gave us more room, but there was heaps of space to let more people in.
2.5 hours laster, just before midnight, there were fireballs let off around the river, and a countdown was projected onto the building behind the Eye. Then it was a jammed-pack 12min of fireworks. After which we tried to find a place for a drink that didnt have a $60 cover charge. We almost made it into a funky Tibetan party that was a makeshift club in the Tibetan Organization! But it was private. We finally found an Irish Pub (gotta love em). We had to keep switching places as they closed, and finally we were in a party at Cafe Nero with the crazy Italian staff and customers forming a conga line!
