Arcade fire were playing in Hyde Park, and while I am not their biggest fan I don’t mind them. Mumford and Sons were supporting them and I DO quite like them! So when someone at work was selling a ticket cheap, why not!? I took my new GoPro HD camera pure to test it out. I recorded a bunch of Arcade Fire too but managed to cover the mic for most of it.
So below is some video of the Mumford and Sons set!
Kew Gardens »« Finsbury Park
It’s a rare sunny day here in London! So what better way to spend it than joining my friend Hiroko for a picnic in Finsbury Park!? The irony is, that its actually so hot we were sitting in the shade instead of the sun! I guess I’ve been living in London too long hahaha. I made some inari sushi which went down well
Mumford & Sons »« Highgate Cemetery
I’ve never thought of going to a cemetery as a tourist sight before, but it seems a popular spot in London, and an interesting place to take some photos, so why not?! Notable persons include Karl Marx (the German Philosopher who developed Marxism which largely influenced Communism) and Douglas Adams who penned The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. its odd that its a tourist spot (entry fee, guide sheet and all) as people may still be buried there, and there were some very recent additions.
