East meets West @ Greenwich

Greenwich, London, is where the Eastern Hemisphere meets the Western half at 0° longtitude and the place of Greenwich Mean Time GMT+0.
We just missed entry into the observatory, but we found the poor mans marker just outside, which stretches down from the main marker inside the gates. There is even a green laser which shines at night along the division, so you can easily see if you are on the East or West!
Walked along the Thames and checked out the markets, where I got some great Afrian/South American Fusion Vegan food! Before heading to our friends place for dinner. Damn cold night!
