At the airport I toyed with one of the dodgy Taxi drivers you see in every big city. He tried to get me to use his “taxi”, so I said I had no cash. He directed me all the way to the ATM, waited away from it for about 5min, eventually I asked (curious) what he wanted to charge to get into the city.
